Here’s everything you need to know about booking a mobile beauty team. In order to provide the best service on your special day we take many factors into considerations. This includes the service window, travel duration of our artists, logistics regarding set up and break down efficiency, as well as contingency time when applicable.
Weekday Preview (Trial)
A dedicated beauty preview to refine your wedding day look and align on every detail in advance.
Makeup Only: $200.00

Your fully customized wedding day beauty service, designed for longevity, photography, and real life moments.

Wedding Party Services
Professional hair and makeup services for your wedding party to ensure a cohesive, polished look.

Complimentary Touch Up Kit
Each bride receives a personalized touch up kit to maintain your look throughout the day. Includes lip and powder touch up, mini puff, q-tips, lip wand, blotting sheets, breath mint and hair pins.
Additional kits available for your wedding party at $20.00/person
We proudly offer wedding day services with no minimum booking requirement. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration, courthouse ceremony, or elopement, you’ll receive the same elevated experience and attention to detail we’re known for.
For smaller wedding parties of three or fewer, weekday bookings are available at a reduced rate. This offering is designed to give our intimate clients flexibility while still receiving a fully customized beauty experience.

Here’s everything you need to know about booking a mobile beauty team. In order to provide the best service on your special day we take many factors into considerations. This includes the service window, travel duration of our artists, logistics regarding set up and break down efficiency, as well as contingency time when applicable.
Travel & Fees
Base Travel Rates:
All services are performed on-location for your convenience. Travel is customized based on your getting-ready location and included in your proposal prior to booking.
Local Valley Wide Travel Fee : $150.00
We regularly serve the Phoenix Valley, Sedona, Northern Arizona, and destination locations such as the Grand Canyon and Page.
Travel investment varies depending on distance, accessibility, and team size, and will always be clearly outlined before booking so there are no surprises.
Early Morning Fee
Wedding mornings often begin early, and our team takes great care in preparing for each client before arrival. When services are required to begin early in the morning, the following event-based fees apply:
Early Morning Fee (before 7:00 AM):
6:00 AM | $150.00
5:00 AM | $250.00
4:00 AM | $350.00
These fees account for additional preparation, team coordination, and safe travel logistics; especially when multiple artists are scheduled to arrive early and work efficiently as a team.
Extended Travel & Overnight Accommodations
For events where the getting-ready location requires extended travel time, early arrival, or poses safety concerns due to distance, terrain, or start time, overnight lodging may be required for the beauty team. These considerations ensure the beauty team can arrive safely, on time, and fully prepared to deliver services at the standard outlined in the Vendor Agreement. Lodging will either be arranged by our team or coordinated with you in advance. Lodging must be booked at a hotel within 30 minutes of the venue. A per diem may also apply for multi-day or destination events.
This most commonly applies to:
Northern and Southern Arizona Venues with early start times
Remote Venues
Lodging required when travel exceeds 2 hours and start time is before 8:00 AM
