  • How Long Does the Service Take?

    Typically an appointment from set up to break down takes 90minutes. Your artist will arrive on location and assess the get ready space. The professional will determine the best direction for natural lighting and if any additional lighting is necessary. The artist will set up kit and equipment and begin the service with a quick consultation. Once this is complete the service will take approximately 45 minutes to a hour to complete depending on the individual’s skin care needs and the complexity of the look.

  • How in Advance Should I Book My Wedding Day Service?

    Many professional artists and teams are booking into the next year’s bridal season. We recommend seeking out your hair and makeup artist/team once you’ve selected a date and venue, especially for those with larger bridal parties. Additionally, you may be considering booking other bridal related events (i.e. engagement/invitation photos, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, bachelorette party) that you may also need hair and makeup for. So it’s best to plan ahead than to plan last minute if beauty vendor is a higher priority.

  • Do You Offer Bridal Packages?

    Yes! All of our bridal packages come with trial appointment and touch up kit included. They are all completely customizable to fit the needs of every couple. When inquiring about your wedding day, you will fill out a detailed form that will help determine which services to include in your proposal. For example you may have 5 bridesmaids, only 3 want both hair and makeup and 2 want makeup only. We can create a custom package to only book services you need. In addition, to the bridal trial, all fees (travel, gratuity and additional artists) and complimentary day of touch up kit are included in the package pricing.

  • What is the Purpose of the Trial Appointment??

    Although some brides want to opt out to the trial appointment to save some extra money, they’re confident in their artist’s abilities or feel like they aren’t picky. These all seem like valid reasons to skip this step in the beauty experience, but this is by far the most important step in preparing your seamless day of. This is your opportunity to meet your lead artist, get a vibe check, discuss your plans for your morning and obviously your ceremony look. You will be able to share inspiration photos you’ve collected

  • I am Stressed About Having Enough Time For Everyone To Get Ready, Can You Complete Everyone In Time?

    Prior to your ceremony day you will have a few opportunities for you and your artist to discuss your morning-of. A detailed timeline will be provided leading up to your wedding day service which will have time allotted for set up, each individual service window and touch up time. We will work closely with you, your planner/day of coordinator and photographer to ensure a seamless morning of. Its best to always start a little earlier than expected and plan in some extra time following your service for getting dressed.

  • I Want to Get My Bridal Party Matching Getting Ready Outfits, is There Anything I Should Avoid?

    This is a great gift idea or way to get really cute photos throughout the morning-of. There are definitely do’s and don’ts in the kinds of outfits that will work best for changing after hair and makeup. When ordering your bridal party outfits somethings to consider are if the top can be taken off with out disturbing the hair and makeup, or stepped out of. A great option could be spaghetti strap camisole/gown, or Robe that can be tide. Absolutely NO T-shirts, crew necks etc. We also recommend that your gowns for the ceremony be steamed the night before or first thing in the morning before hair and makeup begin to avoid frizz and curls dropping.

  • What Products Do You Use?

    Prior to beginning any service your pro is going to ask about your skin type, allergies/sensitivities and everyday product use. After this short consultation, products are selected for the individuals needs. Our kits include products for dry, oily and combination skin in a diverse shade range.   • Is there a travel fee?

    All appointments outside of the city of Tempe, AZ accrue a travel fee in addition to the service cost, this rate is not fixed and will be calculated based on the address of the getting ready location. Your travel fee will be provided at the time of booking before the deposit is collected and is then added to your total remaining balance, which is due at the time of the appt.
